Trading risk

Trading futures and options involves substantial risk of loss and isn't suitable for every investor. Leverage means you can lose more than you deposit. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

No advice

InsiderKnowledge isn't a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or commodity trading advisor. GEX Reversal+, ICT Reversal+ and everything on this site are tools and education. They aren't advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument, and they don't take your circumstances into account.

About the levels

Gamma levels are modelled from public options open interest and implied volatility using standard assumptions about how dealers are positioned. Actual dealer positions aren't public, open interest only updates once a day, and the data can be late or wrong. Walls, flips and backstops can and do break. Block ratings and grades describe structure; they don't predict outcomes.

Past sessions and examples

Charts on this site show real past sessions with the levels the indicators printed at the time. They show how the tools look and work, not results anyone achieved, and how a level behaved in the past doesn't mean it will behave the same way again.

Hypothetical performance (CFTC Rule 4.41)

Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profit or losses similar to those shown.
